Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Driving Record check and valid driver’s license; ability to drive regularly.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – use market data to prospect opportunities and upsell/renew current customers.
• Relationship Management – build and maintain client relationships as trusted advisor to marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising for multifamily real estate and market trends.
• Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive revenue and service.
• Customer Focus – deliver value through regular communication and market insights.
