Job summary

Apartments.com, part of CoStar Group, is seeking a Sales Associate in Chicago, IL to partner with multifamily clients and sell digital marketing solutions through engaging presentations and in-person visits.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• A track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university; driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – prospect opportunities to develop new business and upsell/renew current clients.
• Relationship Management – build trusted advisor relationships and grow revenue.
• Business Industry Acumen – develop knowledge in digital advertising and multifamily trends.
• Teamwork – collaborate with colleagues to drive sales revenue and deliver excellent service.
• Customer Focus – maintain strong client relationships with value-added communications.
