The role emphasizes in-person client visits and market data analysis, with extensive training and a path to revenue growth within a dynamic, growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment or equivalent in Multifamily.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities using market data and upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients as trusted advisers to their marketing plans.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
