CoStar Group’s Apartments.com team in Denver is hiring a Sales Associate to act as a strategic digital marketing partner for the Multifamily industry. You will present solutions, visit clients, and grow revenue by prospecting new accounts and expanding existing portfolios.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business using market data to identify opportunities and upsell current customers.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to marketing plans.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies for multifamily real estate.
