CoStar Group, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Sales Associate for Apartments.com to partner with multifamily clients, deliver engaging sales presentations, and grow revenue with digital marketing solutions.

You’ll prospect new business, visit clients in person, and upsell existing accounts while building market credibility for our brand. Extensive classroom and field training awaits, with access to industry data, product marketing and management support to help you succeed in a fast‑growing team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative sales environment.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – Use market data to identify opportunities and upsell/renew with current customers.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor to clients’ marketing plans.
