Apartments.com, part of CoStar Group, seeks a driven Sales Associate for Northern New Jersey to grow our multifamily marketing solutions. You will meet clients, present digital strategies, and close new business while expanding existing accounts.

You’ll receive classroom and field training, learn market analytics, and advance your skills in digital advertising and sales within a dynamic team. This role offers growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales in a B2B environment or equivalent in Multifamily/digital marketing.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a consultative environment.
• Current and valid driver’s license; driving record checks required.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business using market data to identify opportunities and upsell/renew with current clients.
• Build and maintain client relationships as a trusted advisor to strategic marketing plans.
• Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate trends, and territory dynamics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and provide exceptional customer service.
• Deliver value through regular communications, share market insights, and propose effective solutions.
