Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Sales Associate for Apartments.com in Nebraska. As a Sales Associate, you will act as a strategic digital marketing partner to the multifamily industry, delivering marketing solutions through client engagements and in-person visits.

The role includes extensive training to build market credibility and promote our brand. You will learn digital marketing and sales skills from internal experts and develop new marketing solutions for client portfolios, while expanding

Qualifications

Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Business Development – Using CoStar Group's market data to develop new business and identify upsell and renewal opportunities.
Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to their marketing plan.
Business Industry Acumen – Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends.
Teamwork – Collaborate across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver exceptional customer service.
Customer Focus – Maintain strong client relationships with regular communication and market insights.
