Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited, in-person college or university.

Responsibilities

• Business development to identify new opportunities and upsell/renewals.
• Relationship management with clients as trusted advisor to their marketing plan and revenue growth.
• Develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, multifamily real estate, and market trends.
• Teamwork: collaborate with colleagues across teams to drive sales revenue and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Provide regular, value-added communication and market insights to help clients achieve their goals.
