Qualifications

• Three or more years of outside sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing or advertising sales; or equivalent experience in the Multifamily industry.

Responsibilities

• Business Development – Use CoStar Groups market data to identify opportunities and upsell with current customers.
• Relationship Management – Build and maintain relationships as a trusted advisor to clients' marketing plans and revenue growth.
• Business Industry Acumen – Develop expertise in digital advertising strategies and multifamily real estate trends in your market territory.
• Teamwork – Collaborate across teams to drive sales revenue and provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Focus – Deliver value-added communication and market insights to help clients achieve their goals.
