OTR Solutions is seeking a motivated Demand Generation Specialist to support multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, and digital channels. You’ll gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics while contributing to pipeline growth.

This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is curious, analytical, organized, and eager to understand how marketing drives the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Some experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, internships, or a related environment.
• Foundational understanding of digital marketing and an interest in B2B demand generation.
• Strong analytical curiosity and comfort working with data.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the build, launch, and monitoring of multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Build and update emails, landing pages, forms, audience lists, and campaign workflows.
• Assist with audience segmentation and lead nurture programs.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with Marketing team members.
• Perform QA across campaign assets, links, forms, tracking parameters, and workflows before launch.
• Monitor campaign performance and help identify trends across engagement, leads, and conversions.
• Assist with campaign reporting and maintain accurate campaign documentation.
• Support A/B testing across messaging, creative, audiences, and campaign experiences.
• Work within marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and campaign-management platforms.
• Collaborate with Director of Demand Generation and Sales team, and others to support campaign execution.
• Gather feedback and campaign data to help identify opportunities for improvement.
• Learn to use AI and automation tools responsibly to improve productivity, research and analysis.
• Stay current on digital marketing, demand generation and marketing technology trends.
