T-Mobile is seeking a Principal Service Delivery Readiness Manager to ensure complex B2B engagements are fully delivery-ready before execution, protecting revenue and service continuity. The role interfaces with senior executives, customers, and partners to enforce readiness standards and drive end-to-end delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in B2B delivery readiness or program management, plus strong executive communication and cross-functional leadership to shape executable commitments

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• More than 10 years managing complex B2B service delivery readiness, technical program management, or program management for large-scale technology/telecom organizations.
• 4-7 years leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability across stakeholders.
• 4-7 years presenting complex risk and governance topics to senior executives.

Responsabilidades

• Validate customer readiness and resolve dependencies before execution.
• Enforce readiness standards and drive accountability across customers, internal teams, and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape executable commitments in late-stage sales and Day-0 planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect revenue and service stability before delivery.
• Provide guidance to senior executives and cross-functional teams to support decision-making.
