Dot2Shape is seeking a Data Researcher to build verified B2B contact databases and research target companies. The role uses LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Skrapp.io, and similar tools to support outbound campaigns and data-driven marketing.

You will extract emails, phone numbers, and company information, verify accuracy, and enrich CRM records while performing market research across regions and industries.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B lead generation or market research.
• Strong Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Ability to verify and validate contact information.
• Experience supporting software/SaaS sales teams.
• Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research target companies and decision-makers based on ICPs.
• Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, Skrapp.io, and other tools.
• Extract and verify emails, phone numbers, and company data.
• Verify data quality and deduplicate/manage databases.
• Organize and upload lead data into CRM systems.
• Perform market research across industries and regions.
• Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Directors, VPs, Managers).
