Qualifications

3 to 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or outbound/lead generation.
Experience designing, executing and optimizing outbound multi-channel campaigns.
Experience targeting international decision-makers (US, UK, Australia, UAE) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel cold outreach campaigns using Apollo.io.
Build high-intent B2B target account lists with Apollo search filters and LinkedIn Navigator.
Write high-converting, personalized cold email copy and test subject lines and messaging angles.
Maintain email deliverability setups (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and inbox warming for low bounce rates.
Sync Apollo campaigns with HubSpot or Salesforce for accurate tracking and lead handoffs.
Monitor and report on campaign metrics including Open Rates, Reply Rates, Positive Reply Rates, and Booked Demos.
