Job summary

Rockline Industries seeks a Customer Service Specialist II to own B2B accounts from order to cash, delivering advanced support and partnering with Sales, Transportation, QA, Scheduling, and Forecasting.

You will manage orders, pricing, items, addresses, and profiles, troubleshoot complex issues, and help drive continuous improvement while upholding Rockline's RRITE values and a flexible work arrangement (on-site, flex, or remote).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years of B2B customer service or 2 years with Rockline experience and order management exposure.
• ERP system experience, JDE strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders (EDI and manual) accurately.
• Manage customer items, pricing, addresses, and profiles.
• Monitor order changes and delivery appointments.
• Track orders from entry to invoicing and payment.
• Communicate order status proactively.
