Job summary

Rockline Industries is seeking a Customer Service Specialist II to own B2B accounts from order to cash. You will manage orders, pricing, addresses, and profiles while partnering with Sales, Transportation, QA, and Operations to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2B customer service or 2+ years with Rockline experience, strong ERP (JDE) skills, and proficiency in Word/Excel. Flexible onsite, flex, or remote work options available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years of B2B customer service or equivalent account management experience.
• ERP system experience (JDE strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

• Review and process orders from multiple channels with accuracy.
• Own accounts end-to-end and communicate status to customers.
• Coordinate with Sales, Transportation, QA, Scheduling, and Forecasting teams.
• Monitor orders from entry to delivery and invoicing.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in daily reports.
