Job summary

Flexaust Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Burlington, NC team. You will be the main contact for inquiries, orders, and account support, handling quotes and ensuring accurate processing while collaborating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multitasking, and professional communication with customers and colleagues. This on-site position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior B2B customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current customers.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer purchase orders.
• Provide customers with product, pricing, and service information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and product concerns in a timely manner.
• Initiate and process return requests as needed.
• Prepare, enter, and maintain customer quotations.
• Maintain and update customer account information.
• Collect and process required information to set up new customer accounts.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
