Flexaust Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Burlington, NC team. You will be the main contact for inquiries, orders, and account support, handling quotes and ensuring accurate processing while collaborating with internal teams.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multitasking, and professional communication with customers and colleagues. This on-site position operates Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior B2B customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
• Must be eligible to work in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

Flexaust is a multinational manufacturer of high-quality hose and ducting products serving commercial and industrial markets. We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Burlington, North Carolina facility.

Position Summary

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a high level of service to both prospective and existing customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and account support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while communicating professionally with customers and internal teams.
