Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact via phone and email for B2B customers.
• Respond to inquiries about products, pricing, estimates, orders, and delivery status.
• Accurately enter new customer orders.
• Prepare and enter estimates/quotations using company estimating tools.
• Review orders for accurate specs, quantities, pricing, shipping details, and requested delivery dates.
• Confirm order details with customers and collect any missing information.
• Coordinate with sales, estimating, production, shipping, and other internal teams.
• Monitor open orders; proactively communicate potential delays, changes, or issues.
• Maintain detailed records for customers, orders, estimates, and communications.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, customer concerns, and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Develop strong knowledge of Unifoil’s products, services, pricing, and order processes.
• Follow up when additional information or approvals are required.
• Deliver a consistently positive, responsive, and professional customer experience.
