Matrix Design Group LLC in Newburgh, IN is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Orders Facilitator to manage and process sales orders with precision and strong customer service. You will interact with customers, handle order data, and coordinate with Sales, Field Service, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role reports to the Customer Success Manager and requires a proactive approach to resolving issues and maintaining accurate records in the CRM and ERP

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in order processing or customer service preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, NetSuite, and order management software.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process sales orders accurately in the order management system.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding order status and inquiries.
• Maintain and update customer information and order history.
• Collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Prepare and maintain order documentation and POs; ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor credit status with Accounting as needed for orders.
