Job summary

Matrix is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Orders Facilitator at its home office in Newburgh, IN. The role manages and processes sales orders, ensures accurate data entry, and coordinates with Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping to ensure timely fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and NetSuite. This is an onsite role reporting to the Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in order processing, customer service, or related administrative role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and order management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter sales orders into the order management system with accuracy.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and modifications.
• Maintain and update customer information and order history.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Service, Warehouse, and Shipping to ensure smooth order placement.
• Prepare and maintain order documentation and ensure policy compliance.
• Escalate unresolved issues and provide insights to improve operations.
• Generate and analyze reports related to order processing and feedback.
• Provide backup support to the Customer Success Team.
