Stord is seeking a meticulous B2B Administrator for our fulfillment center to oversee routing, scheduling, and B2B order completion. You will print orders, generate packing docs, and create BOLs for outbound freight, while maintaining data via our integration platform and coordinating with partners.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for B2B inquiries, perform quality checks, and implement improvements to the workflow. Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Competenze

• Experience in B2B administration, logistics, or supply chain preferred.
• Experience with routing systems (Logicbroker, Bluejay, Target TMS).
• Proficient with WMS and integration platforms; data analysis a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

• Route and schedule end-to-end B2B orders with partners.
• Coordinate order closing in WMS and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Print orders and related documents (labels, pick sheets, packing).
• Create BOLs for outbound freight orders.
• Use integration platform to connect with B2B partners.
• Be the primary contact for B2B inquiries and follow-ups.
• Perform regular quality checks for order accuracy.
