Unifoil Printing in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a hands-on Inventory Control and Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to lead a small team and run a tight, safe, and accurate warehouse operation.

You’ll oversee shipping and receiving, manage documentation accuracy, supervise 3–4 staff, coordinate inbound/outbound freight, operate forklifts, and partner with production to keep materials moving while upholding quality and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Background in warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, or logistics.
• Experience leading or supervising warehouse staff.
• Able to operate forklifts and clamp trucks safely.
• Knowledge of bills of lading and related shipping/receiving documents.
• Excellent organization, scheduling, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfort managing multiple priorities in a dynamic production/shipping environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Plan and direct daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving workflows; assign responsibilities and uphold safety, quality, and timeliness.
• Supervise, train, and mentor 3–4 warehouse team members; model hands-on support during peak periods.
• Coordinate inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, and carrier pickups; communicate schedule changes and mitigate delays.
• Prepare and audit bills of lading, packing lists, shipping records, and receiving documents.
• Check quantities, condition, labels, and destinations for inbound/outbound materials and finished goods.
• Safely operate forklifts and clamp trucks to load, unload, stage, transport, and store inventory.
• Maintain organized storage locations; ensure everything is labeled and staged correctly.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to keep materials moving through the facility.
• Interface with carriers, drivers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues quickly.
• Enforce safety procedures, equipment standards, housekeeping, and company policies.
