Job summary

Matrix Design Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Success Orders Facilitator for our Newburgh, IN home office. You will manage and process sales orders, communicate with customers, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Shipping to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role reports to the Customer Success Manager and is not remote. Candidates should have order processing experience, data-entry accuracy, and proficiency with NetSuite and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: Prior experience in order processing, customer service, or related admin role preferred.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process sales orders into the order management system; verify details, pricing, and shipping.
• Serve as primary contact for customers on order status and inquiries; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain and update customer information and order history with accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Field Service, Warehouse, and Shipping/Receiving teams to ensure smooth orders.
• Prepare and maintain order documents and purchase orders; ensure policy compliance.
• Request updated credit status from Accounting as needed for orders.
