Corporate Resources of Illinois is seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry Specialist in Schaumburg, IL to work with Account Managers and customers to ensure orders are entered accurately and inquiries resolved promptly. This non-call-center role emphasizes email communication, multi-tasking, detail orientation, and collaboration with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics to fulfill orders.

Requires at least 1 year of customer service and order processing experience; proficiency in Excel

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in customer service and order processing.

Responsibilities

Accurately process a high volume of customer orders into internal systems.
Review incoming purchase orders, confirm pricing, inventory availability, shipping details, and enter orders into the system.
Generate quotes, order confirmations, and shipment status updates for customers.
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to order status, product availability, shipping, and general support.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Research and resolve order issues, shipment discrepancies, and customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Maintain accurate customer records, including billing, shipping, and account information.
Manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
