WSA – Wonderful Sound for All is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a frontline contact for B2B clients via phone, chat, and email. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service while meeting performance metrics and targets in a hybrid schedule.

Location: Hauppauge, NY or Iselin, NJ with in-office Tue–Thu and remote Mon–Fri. Prior experience in healthcare-adjacent customer service is highly valued and ongoing product training will be provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment; healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer support for B2B clients via phone, chat, and email.
• Log customer interactions accurately in the Salesforce CRM system.
• Cover topics such as product features, order placement, shipping, warranty, and stock availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Handle customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Stay updated on products, processes and industry knowledge through training.
• Demonstrate consistent attendance and adherence to your scheduled work hours.
• Continuously grow understanding of the hearing healthcare industry and key customer relationships.
• Contribute to the success of the team by performing additional tasks as needed.
• Problem‑Solving: analyze situations, resolve issues, and manage time in high-volume settings.
• Team Player: collaborate to achieve collective goals.
