Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and territories with professional B2B support.
• Prepare quotes, freight quotes, orders, and related documentation.
• Track orders from quote to delivery ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Resolve issues proactively via phone and email.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to support workflow.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting data.
