Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer sales orders by email and phone, ensuring accuracy in ERP/CRM.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, inventory, and billing questions.
• Coordinate with operations, inventory, logistics, purchasing, and internal teams to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, and general billing support.
• Support import/export paperwork, customs documentation, and related compliance records.
• Maintain records and assist with Excel-based reporting and administrative projects.
