Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of customer service, sourcing, sales support, or account management in an office setting.
• Experience in aerospace, government, or contract-based workflows.
• Understanding of corrugated packaging products and related specs.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enter, process, and monitor orders via EDI, web portals, email, and phone.
• Track progress, provide status updates, and meet timelines.
• Coordinate changes, pricing, specifications, and supplier communication.
• Maintain accurate customer files, quotes, and inventory records.
• Prepare RFQs and work with suppliers on technical docs.
• Review aerospace and government contract requirements for compliance.
