Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and support strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Guide clients through the HR client portal and coordinate onboarding meetings.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM and collaborate with internal teams to resolve needs.
• Support billing, accounting, and AR reporting, payment processing, and recordkeeping.
• Create sales proposals, welcome packets, training materials, and documentation for client programs.
• Assist with digital marketing operations, including social media posting, engagement, and email campaigns.
