Qualifications

• 3–5 years of inside sales support, order processing, or sales administration.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail with orders and records.
• Experience using CRM and internal sales platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales order entry, purchase orders, delivery schedules, shipping updates and order changes.
• Coordinate with factories, customers, distributors and internal teams on schedule changes and invoices.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and CRM with timely follow-up.
• Support quotes, distributor programs, stock rotation, inventory monitoring, and hub processing.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports and maintain records; assist with RMA processing.
• Provide general administrative support to sales operations and customers.
