Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Whittier, CA is seeking an organized Order Processor/Data Entry professional for a temp-to-hire role supporting a busy Sales team in a fast-paced, high-volume office.

You will process sales orders and work orders, enter quotes and RMAs, answer calls, assist reps with requests, and maintain accurate customer records. Strong data entry accuracy and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of data entry, order processing, sales support, or customer service experience.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter Sales Orders and Work Orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter quotations, RMAs, sales notes, and customer information into internal databases.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route callers to the appropriate person or department.
• Assist Sales representatives with customer requests, follow-ups, emails, and administrative tasks.
• Prioritize daily assignments and adjust to changing needs in a fast-paced, high-volume office.
• Review data entry work for accuracy, identify errors, and correct issues before they impact customers or internal teams.
