Job summary

Reliable Safety and Flow Corporation in Vancouver, WA seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, resolving inquiries and issues with a focus on satisfaction. The CSR will work with the outside sales team to uphold our reputation for excellence and support the West Team's daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in B2B customer service.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with conflict resolution.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• ERP experience; CRM experience is a plus.
• Flexible in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and live chat for first-contact resolution.
• Assist with product questions, service issues, and account management.
• Resolve complaints with patience and efficiency; process RMAs, credits, debits.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and escalate when needed.
• Process RFQs with accuracy in the ERP platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.
• Stay up to date on product offerings, policies, and procedures.
• Document interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Build credibility and trust with customers; influence buying decisions.
• Monitor KPIs in PowerBi dashboards to ensure service excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.
