You will manage a portfolio of accounts from billing to collection, contacting customers via phone, email, and fax to secure firm payments and payment plans while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal partners. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years in Accounts Receivable with a focus in Collections.
• One-year Credit and B2B Collection experience.
• Previous customer service and professional telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Initiate B2B customer contacts and obtain payments on past-due invoices.
• Process billing adjustments and resolve discrepancies with urgency.
• Release/hold orders, resolve disputes, and manage unapplied payments.
• Escalate uncollectible accounts and report financial positions.
• Maintain relationships with internal/external customers to improve processes.
• Assist in projects and other collection tasks as directed.
