The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in a business field or equivalent experience, 3+ years in AP, and proven leadership, with strong Excel and office skills to enhance workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of AP or similar experience.
• Proven leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support the full cycle of the Cash Disbursement process.
• Follow up and resolve outstanding Cash Disbursement issues.
• Complete scheduled audits of AP Customer Service tickets and invoices.
• Complete scheduled User Acceptance Testing.
• Complete scheduled audit selections from internal and external AP auditors.
• Review AP reporting and identify enhancement opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail.
• Train new employees and answer questions.
