Herc Rentals is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I in Bonita Springs, FL. The role handles large volumes of invoices, PO issues, aging and unaccounted reports, and month-end close tasks while coordinating with field users and suppliers.

The position requires a business-related degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. It is a full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business-related field or relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite; strong data handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Process high volumes of invoices and invoice holds.
• Run and review aging, IOH, and unaccounted reports.
• Resolve Purchase Order issues and supplier inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and account reconciliation.
