Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to resolve past-due accounts via calls, emails, and outreach.
• Monitor outstanding balances and help customers bring accounts up to date.
• Assist customers with billing and settlement questions for timely resolution.
• Track and share updates on payment progress and account statuses.
• Partner with teammates and support other accounting activities as needed.
• Own your workday by managing priorities and balancing tasks.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep information current and organized.
• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
• Record payment activity and account updates in systems and reports.
• Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
