This role will manage a portfolio of business accounts, monitor receivables, and drive timely payment resolutions in a B2B setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit management in a B2B environment.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of invoices and familiar with commercial billing cycles.
• Skilled in a range of collection strategies with strong negotiation ability.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with AR/collections databases a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned accounts daily to identify outstanding receivables.
• Research historical account data to resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and overdue balances.
• Contact business clients regarding overdue payments and negotiate payment plans as needed.
• Manage high-volume invoice processing and ensure accurate application of payments.
• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues quickly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of account status, collection activity, and client communications.
• Prepare and present regular reports on collections progress, aging, and risk areas.
• Deliver professional, solutions-oriented service to support long-term B2B client relationships.
