Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a Client Retention Representative to build relationships with local business owners in Tinley Park, IL. You will review energy plans, compare supplier options, and grow a book of business through renewals and new opportunities.

You’ll travel within a 30‑mile radius, meet decision-makers face‑to‑face, and earn commissions plus residual income while advancing toward leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related sales experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners face‑to‑face.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face-to-face with local business owners and decision-makers.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30-mile radius of the office).
