Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Pittsburgh team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area. You’ll meet with local business owners, review energy supply plans, and recommend solutions that fit their needs, while strengthening existing relationships and growing your portfolio.

This role offers two compensation paths with weekly pay and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet face‑to‑face with local business owners to review energy plans.
• Review current electricity and natural gas supply plans.
• Help businesses identify opportunities to reduce their energy costs.
• Recommend energy supplier options based on each customer’s needs.
• Support customers through future renewals and ongoing energy needs.
• Develop new business opportunities between customer appointments.
• Build and grow your own portfolio of commercial accounts.
• Travel throughout an assigned territory (typically within a 30‑mile radius of the office).
