Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration seeks a Business Development and Sales Representative to drive revenue growth in the Cleveland west side. You will build relationships with commercial property owners and managers, and expand our market presence for restoration and reconstruction services.

This role requires a strong hunter mentality, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets. Local travel up to 70% is expected to engage clients in person.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; higher degree preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales (B2B) experience with proven YOY results.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 70% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with commercial property owners and managers.
• Prospect and generate leads via cold calling, meetings, and events.
• Maintain customer relationships through projects and CRM updates.
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
