Paul Davis Restoration is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to grow our business by building meaningful relationships with insurers, property managers, and commercial clients. You’ll be active in the field, meeting people, attending events, and expanding the Paul Davis brand in the community.

Success hinges on daily prospecting, professional interactions, and developing strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, public adjusters, plumbers, property managers, facility managers, commercial property owners, HOA managers, contractors, municipalities, and other referral partners.
• Prospect daily through in-person visits, phone calls, networking events, community involvement, and relationship development.
• Generate qualified opportunities for mitigation, reconstruction, contents restoration, and commercial services.
• Maintain a disciplined schedule of daily prospecting, account visits, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Develop and execute business development plans for assigned territories and target markets.
• Identify underserved industries, commercial sectors, and referral opportunities.
• Coordinate lunches, educational presentations, appreciation events, and marketing activities.
• Represent Paul Davis at Chamber, BNI, trade groups, community events, and charitable organizations.
• Collaborate with the Paul Davis Business Development Co-op.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
• Partner closely with Operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Paul Davis professionally throughout every interaction.
