Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration in the commercial market seeks a motivated, relationship-driven Commercial Business Development Representative to build strong ties with property managers, facility managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and decision-makers. You will travel, network at events, and open conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of outside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based sales experience.
• Commercial sales experience is preferred.
• Restoration, construction, property management, facilities management, or insurance industry experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial property managers, facility managers, business owners, insurance professionals, and referral partners.
• Prospect for new business through cold calling, drop-in visits, networking, and community involvement.
• Develop new commercial accounts while growing existing relationships.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and current clients.
• Represent Paul Davis at networking events, trade associations, chamber events, and community functions.
• Develop and execute a strategic plan to grow commercial restoration sales within your assigned territory.
• Stay visible in the market by making consistent customer visits and follow-up contacts.
• Educate clients on Paul Davis services and how we can help them prepare for and recover from property losses.
