West Direct Oil is seeking an outside salesperson to cover the Front Range of Colorado in a dynamic B2B role. The ideal candidate will drive product adoption in the automotive appearance division, building strong relationships with commercial clients and managing a company vehicle for a defined territory.

The role emphasizes strategic selling, project bidding, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve annual sales goals while promoting the latest detailing products and solutions to customers.

Formación

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to grow customer base and revenue in B2B markets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Area Sales Manager in developing sales strategies to attain company goals.
• Identify and bid on projects within the assigned market; help develop bid strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships within the appearance/detailing community to drive product specifications.
• Set short- and long-term goals with key clients and prospects; develop action plans to achieve them.
• Meet sales volume and profit margin targets on assigned routes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to deliver excellent customer service.
