Job summary

West Direct Oil, a premier automotive detailing products distributor in Colorado, is seeking an outside salesperson to cover the Front Range and represent our product line in the business-to-business market. The role requires driving a company vehicle and residing in the Denver area to service key accounts and develop new business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of goal achievement, increasing sales and customer growth.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products, including Word.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for a class C vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and operate hand trucks/pallet jacks/liftgate.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Area Sales Manager in developing strategies to meet sales goals and profitability.
• Identify and bid on projects within the assigned marketing area.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the detailing community to specify West Direct Oil products.
• Set short and long-term goals and develop action plans for key clients.
• Meet specific sales volume and profit margin goals on assigned routes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure top customer service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage overlapping accounts across regions.
• Participate in industry classes to stay updated on trade product technology.
• Manage relationships with key accounts in the region.
• Prospect opportunities and market products within core markets.
