FASTSIGNS Parker/Castle Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive new business, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will build relationships with potential clients, conduct product demonstrations, and tailor solutions to meet customer needs, with a strong emphasis on achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase benefits and features.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies and achieve company objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ offerings.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
