Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Collections Representative to manage a high-volume accounts receivable portfolio in Stuart, FL. You will analyze AR data, perform outbound collection calls, and resolve discrepancies while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a detail-oriented, quota-driven professional who can work independently and with internal teams. Full onsite, with a comprehensive benefits package and transformation to a permanent role after Contract to Hire.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AR processes, DSO, aging, and trends.
• Experience with B2B collections is preferred.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AR balances and prioritize collection efforts.
• Monitor payment activity and follow up on past-due invoices.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and meet daily quotas.
• Collaborate with accounting and credit teams to resolve issues.
