Job summary

Stord, Inc. is seeking an AR Collections Specialist to own collections for a segment of customer accounts. You will manage outreach, track promises-to-pay, and collaborate with AR & Cash Operations to keep cash flowing.

This role is remote with intermittent travel to our Atlanta, GA headquarters, requires 2+ years in B2B collections or credit, and experience with NetSuite. You will help shape processes and metrics like DSO while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B collections, AR, or credit experience.
• Clear, confident, professional communication.
• Working knowledge of NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
• A process mindset: document your work and improve fixes.
• Ability to travel to our headquarters in Atlanta, GA when required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day collections for an assigned segment of accounts, proactively ahead of due dates.
• Run outreach and follow-up cadences by phone and email, logging every touch.
• Track promises-to-pay and follow up on commitments.
• Escalate accounts needing credit-limit review or third-party collections with documentation.
• Collaborate with AR & Cash Operations on disputes and reconciliation questions.
• Work inside NetSuite and our collections automation tools to manage queues and aging.
• Contribute to metrics: DSO, contact coverage, and time-to-resolution on disputes.
