Job summary

Surface Experts of Central Indiana is hiring for an in-field sales position where you'll manage your own schedule with autonomy. The role requires running approximately 15 on-site visits daily and engaging with quality leads provided through our software.

No prior sales experience is necessary as full training will be provided at our HQ. You will benefit from a supportive team environment and opportunities for bonuses, paid time off, and continual coaching.

Typical Day

• Map route, run ~15 on‑site visits, and book work.
• Log notes/metrics in software and coordinate with Owner/Sales team.
• Light admin and prep from home.
• Weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
