Job summary

ColonialWebb is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business in Chantilly, VA. Sell repair services and service agreements for mechanical systems to commercial clients, focusing on building relationships with facility managers and decision-makers.

You will be responsible for prospecting, networking, and closing deals, with a base salary plus car allowance and uncapped commissions. The role offers strong earning potential with an OTE of $150k+ in the first year.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of full-cycle B2B commercial sales experience
• Experience selling recurring service agreements/maintenance contracts
• Experience selling to facility managers/building engineers/operations directors
• Ability to present information on quota attainment
• Proactive, competitive, and highly motivated professional

Responsibilities

• Sell HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation solutions to commercial customers (B2B)
• Hunt for new opportunities via cold calling, prospecting, and networking
• Increase market presence for large opportunities
• Connect with high-level decision makers
• Close deals and grow the business
