CCYP seeks a high-energy B2B Sales Representative / Account Manager to drive market expansion and client success in North America. You will own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close, acting as the face of CCYP to SMEs.

Responsibilities include new business procurement, account management and retention, and cross-functional collaboration to tailor marketing solutions—web, video, and AI-powered services—that deliver measurable ROI for business owners.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (reading, writing, speaking)
• 2+ years in outside sales, account management, or business development with quota history
• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO/SEM, social media, web/video metrics) to advise clients
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and pipeline management skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new SMB clients in North American Chinese business ecosystem
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships; unlock upsell opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, web/video production, and sales support to tailor marketing solutions
• Present CCYP’s web, video, and AI-powered tools with clear ROI to business owners
